Traditional fillers are usually highly cross-linked to add volume or plump up lips. They remain where they are injected. Profhilo®, on the other hand, is designed to ‘flow’ within the tissue. It does not change your contours, but improves the texture and elasticity of your skin at a cellular level.
There is no set age, as skin ageing varies from person to person. As a rule, treatment is ideal from the age of 30 onwards to prevent the first signs of loss of elasticity. For more mature skin, it serves as an intensive regeneration programme to rebuild the tissue.
