The Eram Clinic - General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the relationship between Universal Erame Diensteide Businesses AG (hereinafter referred to as "The Eram Clinic") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
2. Services
The Eram Clinic provides non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic medical treatments as a service. Where required by law, treatments are carried out under the supervision of a medical specialist. The duration of treatment depends on the agreements made in the individual case. The treatment period begins at the agreed time. An extension of the booked treatment is only possible spontaneously if other appointments are not affected.
2.1 Making appointments for services provided by The Eram Clinic
Registrations for appointments are binding. If you are unable to attend an appointment, we ask that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance by telephone or in writing (letter or e-mail); over the weekend within 72 hours. If you cancel late or do not cancel on time, the booked treatment or at least CHF 100 will be charged. This also applies to free consultations. The chosen specialist is not binding and can be replaced by another.
2.2. Invoicing and terms of payment for services provided by The Eram Clinic
Invoices for treatments must be paid immediately after treatment for new patients. For existing patients, the payment deadline is 30 days after invoicing. If the fees are not paid on time, interest on arrears and other costs may be incurred. Outstanding claims and debt collection may be passed on to third parties.
The patient agrees that the treating doctor may provide The Eram Clinic, based in Zurich (Bleicherweg 33, 8002 Zurich), with the data required for invoicing and debt collection.
3. Medical services
The Eram Clinic provides private medical services in the field of dental treatment and dental surgery, aesthetic dermatology as well as plastic surgery and wellbeing consultations. These T&Cs and the medical information on the website are not a substitute for consultation and/or treatment by a doctor. Prior to any treatment, The Eram Clinic will provide you with a cost estimate and a consent form for the treatment(s). By signing the respective documents, you agree to the treatment and the costs.
3.1 Making appointments for medical services

3.2 Invoicing and terms of payment for medical services
Invoices for treatments must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Advance payment is agreed for operations. If the fees are not paid on time, interest on arrears and other costs may be incurred. Outstanding claims and debt collection may be passed on to third parties (see section 10 of these GTC for release from professional secrecy).
The patient agrees that the data required for invoicing and debt collection may be made available to third parties.
3.3 Financing conditions for medical services
For installment payments, special conditions are agreed after a credit check has been carried out. In the case of payment by installments, you automatically agree to the GTCs, which are provided by a third-party company. The installment payments and the associated conditions are agreed with the third-party company.
4. Liability
Liability in the context of treatments and services provided by The Eram Clinic
The customer must notify us in writing of obvious treatment defects within 3 calendar days of recognizing the defect. Otherwise, warranty rights are excluded. Further warranties and guarantees, also with regard to the compatibility and success of treatment methods and products used, are not given.
The liability of The Eram Clinic and its vicarious agents is limited to gross negligence and intentional acts. The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of culpable injury to life, limb or health, or for the quality of the product and fraudulently concealed defects. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, any claims for damages shall be limited to typical and foreseeable damages. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Claims for damages against The Eram Clinic expire three months after the contractually agreed end of treatment if the claims are not asserted within this period.
The Eram Clinic cannot be held liable for damages caused by incorrect information and/or omission of essential information by the client.
Liability in the context of surgical treatments
All treatments and operations at The Eram Clinic are carried out according to the state of knowledge of medical science and research. Despite careful execution of the activities, no guarantees can be given for success. The instructions of the practitioner(s) must be strictly followed. This also includes pre- and post-treatment. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim for corrections or follow-up treatment. The Eram Clinic reserves the right to no longer treat the customer in the event of refusal.
In the case of in-patient services provided by The Eram Clinic, the out-patient and in-patient services provided by an external in-patient facility that go beyond the medical services provided by The Eram Clinic are subject to a separate legal relationship with the customer. The Eram Clinic is not responsible and not directly liable to the customer for any breaches of duty in relation to these services provided by the affiliated doctor.
5. Treatment of minors
The Eram Clinic carries out medical and surgical treatments on minors. The consent of the authorized person is obtained.
6. Vouchers
Vouchers can only be used to pay for treatments that are offered at the time of redemption and during opening hours.
The vouchers we offer for treatments are valid for their defined duration. The voucher must be redeemed within the voucher validity period. No extension is possible after this period. Vouchers expire no later than 12 months after they are issued, unless otherwise stated.
It is not possible to redeem vouchers in cash - even if the remaining amount is higher than the amount to be paid - or to exchange vouchers for goods vouchers in the online store.
The vouchers are personal and non-transferable. In the event of loss or theft, the voucher will not be replaced.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can only be used for the specified services/treatments. They cannot be offset against other services/treatments. Passes are personal and cannot be transferred. Passes expire no later than 18 months after issue. Refunds of paid subscriptions are not possible.
8. Data privacy
Your personal data will be treated confidentially and used and processed exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
The customer agrees that her personal data may be used for advertising for her own and third-party purposes (e.g. delivery of a customer newsletter and participation in her own competitions). The customer can prohibit the processing of personal data at any time without giving reasons and revoke the consent given for the future.
9. Release from medical professional secrecy
In order to carry out treatments and operations, The Eram Clinic is reliant on processing health information from clients which may be subject to professional secrecy (Art. 321 Swiss Criminal Code). The client expressly releases the doctors and employees of The Eram Clinic, insofar as they are subject to professional secrecy, from professional secrecy with regard to all information and documents that she makes available to The Eram Clinic.
The client agrees that
- The Eram Clinic forwards the data required for invoicing and collection to the (name/address of the clearing office) or to its collection agency (name/address of the clearing office's collection cooperation partner),
- in the event of persistent default in payment, can provide the debt collection office with the information required for debt collection and
- The Eram Clinic can provide the competent court with the information required to enforce the fee claim.
10. Follow-up treatments for hyaluronic acid and muscle relaxant
Follow-up treatments for Hyaluron and Muskelrelaxan are possible free of charge within 14 weekdays (not working days). From the 15th weekday up to and including the 30th weekday after the treatment, a discount of 50% on the official treatment price can be given. A follow-up treatment after the 30th weekday will be charged in full.
The muscle relaxant consumption per region must be adhered to. If 10 or more units of muscle relaxant are used, a surcharge of CHF 5 per unit will be charged.
The hyaluronic acid consumption per region must be adhered to. From an excess consumption of 0.5 ml, a surcharge of CHF 125 per unit must be charged.
10. Self-paying services
In principle, all services provided by The Eram Clinic are self-pay services. Costs covered by health insurance, accident insurance, social services, etc. are checked and settled on a case-by-case basis.
11. Final provisions, place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Should a provision be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of all other provisions or agreements.
The court in Zurich shall have jurisdiction for any disputes. Swiss law shall apply.
These GTC are valid from 01.01.2024.
